Environment, Health, and Safety

Keeping our personnel and subcontractors safe is a top priority at Porter Electric LLC.  Our in-house, on-site safety program allow us to efficiently track metrics, assess, and remediate potential hazards before injuries occur.

Quality Control

Porter Electric LLC believes quality control is paramount during installation.  We are familiarized with developer QAQC requirements.  As a full-service general contractor, we are also able to provide a QAQC program.  Using our project collaboration software, our clients can see in real time safety measures, site pictures, completed documents, and drawing updates.

1. Estimate

Accurate job costing and industry leading estimating software enable us to provide budgetary numbers for work in progress sites as well as precise proposals on IFP and IFC drawing sets.

3. Construction

After a LNTP or Notice to Proceed, we work diligently to mobilize every site and begin construction.  With project collaboration software, our project management staff ensure prompt delivery of progress reports and site pictures.

2. Procurement

Our network of distributors, services, and knowledge of the industry facilitate reduction of potential long lead time item delays to ensure projects milestones are delivered in a timely manner.

4. Test & Commission

Our installation teams perform testing and commissioning during the install, avoiding unnecessary downtime between mechanical completion and interconnection.
